The service was great but I waited for 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotations.

First of all i was very disappointed when brand new car broke after 4 days of taking ownership and then stayed at service at dealership for almost a month because diagnosed parts were on a back order and there was no eta for them. However when finally car got fixed and we arrive to get our „new car” from service we got next disappointment. Car was sitting outside on parking lot while waiting to be fixed , and of course was pretty dirty. When service advisor hand us key to our car I asked them if they dont wash cars after service , he said they don’t. I understand that if i just come for oil change or regular service , but in our case when brand new car broke after few days and was sitting at service for a month I would think that dealership will step up to keep customer confidence in product and dealership… unfortunately not. Oh well i guess we should be happy that they at least fixed our car… I gave you good grades but just letting you know that we were disappointed twice .
