First time coming to this VW location. I can’t say I was impressed. I asked for a state inspection along with an oil change and tire rotation. Multiple attempts to up charge other items were pushed when I came in to pick up the car after declining and was told if I want to take care of my car, I should have done the said items even though he said in the beginning my car was in great condition. I did ask for a complimentary car wash which did not happen when I picked up the car. I will not be coming back and will take my business to other VW dealerships.
