The service experience for my car was fine, the reason i needed service in the first place not so much. A tire center where i had my tires rotated lost my wheel lock. I then learned VW can't sell a replacement wheel lock, so I had to get all new plain lugnuts so I could change a tire if I ever had to. While waiting for my car to be done. I received a text with suggested services my car needed, which is fine. However, the prices for these services were very high....2 tires mounted and balanced for $1,014? The tires themselves (same tires) are only $240 each. The next suggestion was front brake replace for $851...Front brakes for my car should be no more than $550 according to my research. Seeing these kind of prices are what makes people not trust dealer service centers.
