I had a great appreciation for the intake team, Caleb and Christian. Also spent time with one of the sales associates, Allen (?), who showed me around the showroom and enticed me to make a purchase but I’m still waiting to receive my title from the payoff of my current 2019 Tiguan. Everything was great! Shane was not only welcoming but explained everything that was being done and what was needed for my car. His expertise and professionalism will bring me back as future customer to Leith VW Raleigh.
