I needed a new tire for my 2023 Taos and other shops couldn't get a matching tire. I had been there for regular maintenance and was treated right. So I called for service, they ordered the tire and they got the tire and installed it the next day. All good.

When I scheduled my service appointment for a recall on my Atlas through the app, I was assigned a service advisor, but when I arrived, whoever was available helped me, which was great and efficient. I had also selected that I would need the shuttle to get to work. When I waited for the shuttle, several of us were grouped into a car, and the process took longer than I expected based on my past experiences with this dealership. Later in the day, around 4:15 PM, I called to check on my car since I had received a video from the technician earlier confirming my brakes were fine—they just squeak because they're metal, which I had asked them to check along with the recall. Surprisingly, my originally assigned service advisor answered the phone, greeted me by name, and mentioned he was just about to call to let me know my car was ready. I asked when the shuttle could pick me up, but he informed me it had stopped running at 4 PM. It would have been helpful if this information had been communicated earlier so I could have arranged a ride in advance. When I expressed my frustration, he apologized but confirmed the shuttle was done for the day. As a result, I had to call a friend to pick me up and take me back to the dealership, which was inconvenient since they had to return to work afterward. This experience affected my satisfaction, and I gave a lower score—not because of the quality of the service itself, which was fine, but because of the communication issues related to the shuttle service. In the future, I will likely not rely on the shuttle.
