The staff did their best to solve an intermittent issue that has been plaguing my Taos since I purchased it new. They completely updated my car's software and we all hope that this will solve the problem.

brought it in for oil change and more importantly main screen malfunctioning. No fix yet for the screen per VW tire plug $70----most tire shop $5 to $10 customer service was fine---just wish screen problem could be addressed

Hi Marshall, Most independent shops may repair a tire with a $5 - $10 "plug", however, plugging a tire is only meant to assist you in getting to a destination that can properly replace the tire. It should never be considered a proper repair to a tire. We will never plug a tire, but we will offer a tire patch instead if applicable. Patching a tire requires dismounting the tire from the rim and then reinstalling and balancing the tire once back on the rim. That is the where the cost of the job is coming from.
