Picked up a loaner and I was just nasty it was dirt and pet hair everywhere. I asked the service guy I was work with could they replace or clean the car. They said that’s all they had and were too busy to clean it.

We were just starting our own research on whether to purchase a VW, Honda or Toyota. We had no intentions on purchasing before February. The VW rep, Eddie, approached us in the lot, we explained where we were in our journey. Eddie understood and made himself available for questions. We continued to reach out to him and learn more about the Atlas to the point we test drove a car. We left being very impressed with Eddie. He comes across nice, genuine, and earnest. We spoke to the manager (can’t recall his name) and he, too, seems to have the same characteristics. The finance rep was just as comfortable to work with.

Came in for my scheduled appointment, was greeted and checked in promptly. Adam kept me updated on the status of my car throughout and walked me through everything that was completed and charges at the end.

Caleb was awesome, communicative, understanding, they tried multiple batteries to fix my key (2nd one was the charm!), and let me know they’ll be following up for a sunroof recall on my golf R. I’d rate it six stars if I could!
