    Christian did a great job explaning the details of the services rendered and the job was done earlier than expected. Very professional and customer service is what I expected. A 10% discount was also applied which I am extremely happy.

    i brought my vehicle in for oil change and to check coolant. The light for coolant level is still coming on. I had tires changed and the vehicle is pulling hard to the right now.

    The product has gone downhill as I have a car with 19,000 miles and have had three different warranty service appointments in 2 years.. one leading to a failed inspection. You also tell people to replace the brake pads entirely too soon. Other than that, the service department is helpful and and available, but I should not have this many issues with a car that has such low mileage. Volkswagen should stop focusing on making money in the service department and make a better product.

    Hi: we walked in and was greeted by Shakir Arnette who was our representative for the day. He was patient with me and my family and did not pressure us in anyway. He addressed concerns in a timely manner and showed us the utmost respect as a customer. I would return to purchase another vehicle from Shakir in the future if the time arises.

    While my car sales person was great (Daniel), The reason I gave four stars is because when I received my plate, I received a bill with it. I am new to the state and both my sales person and the finance person knew about this and no one told me to expect a bill with my license plate. I was originally from Florida and when you purchased a car, all those fees were included in the financing. Moving forward, this should be warned to buyers, especially when they know they’re new to the area.
