Came there for service. Was offered a horrible trade in deal that I did not instigate but kindly offered time to listen. Received the car back with the check engine light on that was NOT on when delivered. Very unsettling when having to drive to the beach the following day with kids in the car.

We drove our car home after a routine service and the next day noticed we had fluid all over our garage floor. We were not sure what this was (brake? Transmission, oil) but it was a large amount and stained our floor. We had to have the car towed back to the shop since we did not know if it was engine fluid or brake fluid. All of this flushing was part of the service. Turns out some seal was not done after flushing and replacing the engine fluid so it was good we did not drive the car. However this caused us extra expense of a tow truck, time for having our car back in the shop, and left stains on our garage floor. The service yo fix it went well.
