I think they could go more into depth on what they did while serving the vehicle. Also, not be so messy when pouring oil back into the vehicle. I had oil all over the plastic cover like they spilled it. My vehicle is brand new

cost up-front was clear, being able to select which services I wanted via the updates from the tech to my phone was very convenient, overall a friendly & efficient visit!

4/5: would have been nice to get a text or call when the car was ready. Also need VW rewards program for a free oil change after so many visits. $150 is kinda steep for the avg person.
