Overall it was a pleasant visit. The staff are very pleasant! My visit took longer than I had anticipated (it was an oil change) but when I went to inquire (after 2 hours) the CSR discovered that my car had been ready for a while but the technician had put the paperwork and keys on another CSR's desk - so my CSR adjusted my final bill, so I appreciated that.

My salesman, Keith, was fabulous! He was very easy to talk with and genuinely was wanting to see us happy. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a discussion. He was very patient and answered all my questions even when I repeated them.
